The first floor consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, a toilet with a shower and three areas that can be used as bedrooms. Access to the upstairs residence is achieved via an external staircase. Externally there are a separate toilet and piloti.

The building on plot 204 is in a poor state of condition.

It is noted that the buildings need extensive renovation.

The property abuts a registered road along its northern boundary with a total frontage of about 37 meters.

It is noted that part of the residence located within plot 378 interferes within the bordering plot 308.
