The housing complex concerns to two residential blocks and two houses in a residential location of Pyla community, Larnaca province. The buildings are located about 225 meters south of the Larnaca - Ayia Napa highway and about 680 meters north of the coastline.

The residence number 10 was built in 2016 and consists on the ground floor of a living room, dining room, living room, kitchen and guest toilet, while on the first floor it consists of three bedrooms, the main one with a separate shower - toilet and a shared bathroom with toilet. Outside it has a private swimming pool. The residence has an area of closed spaces of 155 sq.m., covered verandas of 34 sq.m. and uncovered verandas of 16 sq.m.

The property for sale corresponds to the ½ undivided share of the above housing complex.

It should be noted that according to the title deed, the voluntary transfer or mortgaging of the property is prohibited and a certificate of unauthorized work has been issued.

The Tenderers may submit their Tenders within seven (7) calendar days from the publication date displayed on https://www.altamirarealestate.com.cy/ (hereinafter "Altamira Website"). In the case where it is decided that the period of seven (7) calendar days is not sufficient, the period may be extended by an announcement to that effect on Altamira Website as indicated above within the Tender Form Section of each property. Following the expiration of the submission period, if no Tender has been submitted, the property will remain on Altamira Website and the submission period shall be extended on a weekly basis. Otherwise, in the case where a Tender has been received, the property will be removed from Altamira Website.
