The property under consideration concerns a building complex under construction, located in the Municipality of Pegeia, in Paphos District. It is situated on "Apostolos Andreas" street, 450 meters (approx.) southwest of the center of the Municipality of Pegeia.

Within this plot, a building complex is being constructed, consisting of 1 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The first floor will comprise of two one-bedroom apartment and two two-bedroom apartments. The second floor will consist of a three-bedroom apartment with a large uncovered terrace.

The complex will be served by an elevator, a swimming pool, communal showers, toilets, and changing rooms.

Work on the construction of the swimming pool has not yet commenced, and the finishing works on the building have been halted for some time.

The Tenderer is exclusively responsible for conducting an inspection of the Property and to take all actions necessary to verify and / or be satisfied on the accuracy of the details of the Property (including planning particulars, boundaries a.o), and in addition to ascertain whether the sale of the Property is subject to VAT and the exact amount payable.
