Incomplete development in Dierona community in Limassol District.  The development is located just 300 meters approximately southwest from the center of Dierona community and approximately 70 meters northeast of the main road Limassol - Dierona.

Within the parcel, there are 5 incomplete houses (two semi-detached houses and one detached house), and the share for sale corresponds to the two semi-detached houses that are built within the northern part of the property.

The houses were constructed within a field with an irregular shape and sloping surface. The field abuts onto a registered road along its eastern boundary with 65 meters approximately frontage. 

It is noted that the houses correspond to 1843/2008 share, where only the reinforced-concrete structure is completed.

In the case where it is decided that the period of seven (7) calendar days is not sufficient, the period may be extended by an announcement to that effect on Altamira Website as indicated above within the Tender Form Section of each property. Following the expiration of the submission period, if no Tender has been submitted, the property will remain on Altamira Website and the submission period shall be extended on a weekly basis.
