IMPORTANT NOTICE

On Friday, 23rd May 2025, an auction - live bidding contest will take place, during which interested bidders will submit their offers for each apartment they wish to purchase.

The offers must be higher than the reserve price of each apartment, and the successful bidder will be the person with the highest offer.

The successful bidder will, at the Open Day, sign a reservation agreement and pay the amount of €5,000 (for each apartment) as a reservation amount by banker’s draft (issued in the name of “SKY CAC LTD”).

Where the reservation agreement will be signed by an authorised representative or a real estate agent on behalf of the interested purchaser, the duly signed power of attorney is provided (as applicable).
