IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is a direct sale of a mortgaged property, in accordance with article 44H (3) of the Immovable Property (Transfer and Mortgage) Law of 1965, as amended from time to time.

The property for sale consists of two independent buildings in the community of Palaichori Oreinis, in the district of Nicosia. It is located approximately 800 meters northeast of the community center and approximately 150 meters northwest of the Palaichori Oreinis – Apliki connecting road.

It has an irregular shape with a partially flat surface and is adjacent to Polycarpos Giorkatzis Avenue on part of its southern boundary, with a frontage of approximately 15 meters.
