IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is a direct sale of a mortgaged property, in accordance with article 44H (3) of the Immovable Property (Transfer and Mortgage) Law of 1965, as amended from time to time.

Agricultural field in Kato Dris  community, in Larnaca district. It is situated at a distance of approximately 700 meters north from the connection road Chirokitia - Vavla and 3.8 kilometers (approx.) southeast of the community centre. 

It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface and it abuts onto a public registered road along its southeast boundary with frontage of approximately 60 meters.

The property falls within the Agricultural Zone Γ3, having a building density of 10%.

Within the field there are olive trees, which means the ground is fertile and can be cultivated.

Tenders submitted for an Amount below the Reserve Price shall be rejected.
