IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is a direct sale of a mortgaged property, in accordance with article 44H (3) of the Immovable Property (Transfer and Mortgage) Law of 1965, as amended from time to time.

House, which has been constructed, in the Community of Agia Marina, in the Municipality of Polis Chrysochous, Paphos District. It is located at a distance of approximately 120 meters from the sea and approximately 870 meters south of the church of Agia Marina. The property is ideally located, close to a multitude of services and amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. It has excellent access to the center of Geroskipou Municipality.
