Benefited by a right of way 4.57 meters wide, usable by any means, along the northwestern border, as shown in red on Drawing No. 1 (File No. 1/AEΔ/844/2007). Subject property: Registration No. 0/32367, Plot 57, Lythrodontas, Nicosia.

Tenders submitted for an Amount below the Reserve Price shall be rejected.
